RETURNS
Should you change your mind, we offer a 14-day return policy, allowing you to return your item up to 14 days after receiving it; you then have another 14 days to return the item to us. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it – unworn, unused, unaltered and in its original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us here, or email us at: enquiries@soulukdesigns.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return address and instructions. We cannot accept returns without firstly being contacted to start the procedure.

Please note: all returns are at the customer's expense and at the customer's risk. Please ensure that you use a tracked service and obtain a proof of postage when returning items, so that you are covered for compensation by the courier should there be a loss in transit; we cannot be held liable for missing parcels.

Non Returnable
​
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept the return of earrings.
​
Personalised, bespoke and custom designed items are also non-returnable due to being made to your specifications/ requirements.

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards/vouchers.

Faulty Items
​
Please inspect your item carefully upon receipt; in the unlikely event that you find a fault, please contact us to start a return. We may require photos/video of the issue so that it can be rectified.

Refunds
​
Once we have received your returned item, we will inspect it and if approved, will be in touch to notify you of the refund. The refund will automatically be refunded onto your original method of payment; the duration of time taken for your refund is dependent on your payment method/bank.

Exchanges
​
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges. You may start a return as stated above. If you need a different size or colour of an item, please place a new order.
