Order Dispatch

 

Each item is carefully handcrafted and made to order; please allow 1-2 days for your order to be completed.  It will then be dispatched following the creation time.

We use Royal Mail to post your order.

Standard delivery cost is £2.95 per order; all orders over £50 will be delivered free of charge.  Please allow 2-3 working days for your order to arrive once it has been dispatched.

 

Express delivery is available at £3.95 per order.  Please allow 1-2 working days for your order to arrive once it has been dispatched.

 

Please note we cannot guarantee a delivery date, and the above delivery times are estimates; at busier times of the year, such as Christmas, Royal Mail delivery times can change or delays may be experienced.  If you need an order for a specific date, please order in advance to allow more time for your order to arrive.

International

 

Due to the UK leaving the EU (Brexit) and restrictions imposed by some custom authorities, we are unfortunately unable to deliver to some countries.  NOTE: we advise that you check with your local customs authority prior to placing your order; some custom charges may be payable prior to receiving delivery of your order, which you are responsible for.

Please allow up to 10 working days following dispatch for your order to arrive.  Customers or the person receiving the parcel are responsible for any customs charges, import taxes and related fees that may apply.  Should delivery be refused, or customs fees not paid by the customer, there may be an additional deliver fee for the order to be returned back to us; this cost will be deducted from any due refund.
