Repairs

Soul UK Designs jewellery is handmade with care and attention to detail; all pieces come with a 30 day warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover accidental damage or breakage, or damage caused by not following care instructions (i.e. wearing your jewellery in water).

 

Items out of warranty can be repaired for a small fee of £5 per bracelet or necklace, and £10 for an un-knotted mala. For repair cost of knotted malas, please contact us for a quote.  All repairs are subject to stock availability.  Delivery charges apply.

Restringing

​

It is natural for much loved and used jewellery to need to be restrung over time due to fraying/ stretching of the elastic/cord.  This service is available for a small fee of £5 per bracelet/ necklace, and £10 for an un-knotted mala.  Delivery charges apply.

When returning items for repair/restringing, please ensure that you obtain a proof of postage so that you are covered for compensation in case of loss in transit.  All returned items are done so at the customer’s own risk.
